MAIN FUNCTION OF THE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT UNIT

1. Reviews, analyses and plans the development on railway lands.
2. Manages tender, price negotiation, technical assistance, evaluation and quotation for railway development project.
3. Manages the asset management.
4. Regulates and maintains the railway assets (land and infrastructure)
5. Monitors and manages the turnover, disposal and operation of railway’s property.
6. Annual budget.
