MAIN FUNCTION OF THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT UNIT

1. Processing all application on rentals and leases of land owned by the Railway Assets Corporation (PAK).
2. Manages and administers the railway land owned by PAK based on the National Land Code (1965) and the Railways Act 1991.
3. Coordinates the enforcement activities on PAK’s railway land which involved with invasion (illegal occupation).
