Client’s Charter

RAC is sensitive to the needs of development the railway sector and will the Government, KTMB, and other railway companies in developing railway infrastructures.

To this end, the Railway Assets Corporation will ensure that:

• Application for lease of railway lands will be processed within the period of 90 days.
• Rental application of railway lands and wayleave will be processed within 60 days.
• Acquisition and disposal of railway infrastructure assets through tenders and quotations will be processed within 180 days.
• Applications for developments on railway lands will be processed within 180 days, wherever possible.
