Types of Assets

Railway’s assets comprises of two types, which is Land and Infrastructure. Railway lands are divided into two parts, which is owned land and reserve land, while railway infrastructure consists of the following items:

• buildings
• signaling, communications and electrification equipments
• tunnels
• sewage
• bridges
• grading
• yard
• equipment and machinery
• and others
