How to apply for a railway land rental?

For land rental application, please click on the link https://rails.gov.my

How long is the rental application approval period?

Approval will be obtained within 60 days.

How to determine the ownership of railway land?

The ownership of railway land can be reviewed at the respective Land and District Office or applicant can make an official search at RAC's office with charges of RM50 per application

How to know the rental rate for respective area being fixed?

The rental rate is a current rate which determined by the Valuation and Property Services Department Of Malaysia (JPPH) after the Rental and Leasing Railway Lands committee meeting's approval Department.
