Infrastructure Development Projects & Railway Facilities

Through RAC’s internally generated funds several initiatives were implemented.
 
  • To build and prepare a communication room at Tiroi station and Seputeh Komuter station, including the relocation of existing system and equipment for the installation of the Passenger  Information System (PIS) and closed- circuit television cameras.
  • Gemas-Johor Baharu Electrified Double Tracking Project.
  • East Coast Sector Railway Tracks Strengthening Project.
  • Klang Valley Sector Railway Tracks Strengthening Project.
  • Railway Bridges Strengthening Project.
  • Upgrading and building new railway stations at Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.
  • Railway Maintenance Depot Development Project in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and Kempas, Johor.
  • Construction of Railway Track from Subang Komuter Station to the Subang Sky Park Terminal.
  • Construction of railway bridge crossing project at Kajang railway station.
  • Construction of railway bridge crossing project at Jalan Templer Railway Station, Selangor.
  • Project to facilitate mobility of Disabled Persons (OKU) at Tanjung Malim Railway Station, Perak.
